CANCELLATION AND REFUND

At Blenzo, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of product quality and customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our home care and hygiene products, we follow a strict No Cancellation & No Refund policy.
1. Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
Please ensure all details are accurate before completing your purchase.
2. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on any products sold through our website or any other platform.
Refunds are not applicable for:
Change of mind
Incorrect product ordered
Delay in delivery due to courier or logistics partners
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
While we do not accept returns or offer refunds, we do ensure replacements in the following cases:
You received a product that is physically damaged during transit.
You received a wrong product that doesn’t match your order.
To request a replacement, you must:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We accept return, Exchange and replacement with in 3 days of delivery.
- All the approved exchange, replacement and damaged will be completed within 15 business working days.
Share unboxing videos/photos as proof via email or WhatsApp.
Ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging.
